The Board of Director of the Asociación de Avecindados en Tecomatlan, AC hereby calls for a Special General Assembly for Saturday April 30, 2016 at 9:00 AM. The Asociación has an opportunity to finally resolve the on-going “extraction tax issue” with CONAGUA (the CNA) and achieve a much better relationship with the Municipo de Poncitlan for the on-going operation of our domestic water system.
The meeting is being called so that the Membership has the opportunity to learn more about this exciting new development as well as ask any questions about the matter before us. A proposed meeting Agenda and overview of the Extraction Tax Settlement is attached for your review. We have also included a Proxy Form in the event that any new motions are brought forward at the meeting that will require a Membership vote.
